MEET THE FOUNDER

Steven was most recently the Director of the Center for Leadership Development at University of Central Arkansas and a Leadership Development Consultant with over nine years of experience in the field. Steven has a PhD in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology as well as an MBA from the University of Central Arkansas. He dedicates his current efforts to Shake It Up Consulting and facilitation for LEADEROLOGY in Southern California.

 

He specializes in leadership, change management, and organizational development, with a passion for empowering leaders and organizations to achieve positive outcomes. He has facilitated workshops and learning sessions on various topics, such as Strengths Quest, MBTI, EQI, teambuilding, diversity, and communication, for a wide range of industries, including higher education, tech, government, non-profit, healthcare, prison, manufacturing, and religious organizations.
