Steven was most recently a Director for the Center for Leadership Development at University of Central Arkansas and a Leadership Development Consultant with over nine years of experience in the field. Steven is now advancing his expertise by pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He dedicates his current efforts to Shake It Up Consulting and consulting for LEADEROLOGY.

 

He specializes in leadership, change management, and organizational development, with a passion for empowering leaders and organizations to achieve positive outcomes. He has facilitated workshops and learning sessions on various topics, such as Strengths Quest, MBTI, diversity, and communication, for a wide range of industries, including higher education, tech, government, non-profit, healthcare, prison, industrial, and religious organizations.
